I bought a portfolio of properties in the Reno Nevada area during 2021 and 2022. The properties were all in need of extensive rehab work but are located in solid neighborhoods they all had far less than desirable tenants in them.

I interviewed a number of property management companies and hired Mountain Management to manage the portfolio. They have done a great job managing a difficult portfolio and exceeded expectations in many ways such as facilitating forced evictions where needed and supplying cost effective vendors for various services.

Mountain Management is a young company, but they do a great job, with their approach I believe they will be a powerhouse in the property management business in the years to come.

We were first time home buyers in Reno but not ready to move there yet.  We needed to rent the house out but didn’t want to travel a long distance to be the landlords ourselves.

Alicia Trusty

Broker/President

Property Management in Reno & the surrounding areas is a passion I have been invested in for over 22 years. The Nevada laws and rules applied that govern Real Estate & Property Management services are important to how Owners and Tenants can all benefit from a great Property Manager.

I acquired my Real Estate License and Property Management Permit in 2001. By 2003, I obtained my Brokers License and became the Corporate Broker of First Nevada Management. While continuing to work in the Property Management Industry & care for my four children, I continued my schooling and graduated from TMCC in 2010 with my Associates Degree in Business.

Working in Property Management has given me strong skills, experience, and knowledge that led to the ownership of my own Property Management Business in 2018 - Mountain Management LLC. As the Broker/Property Manager, I’m very well versed in Landlord/Tenant Law Chapters 118A, 118B, 118C, 116, 645, & NAC 645. I conduct business in a firm but fair way which has helped me build relations with reputable vendors and contractors.

My role in this Profession relieves the stress of being a landlord off the shoulders of the property owners. I assure you that their investment is well cared for. My experience has given me an empathetic ability to enforce lease terms while working professionally with everyone involved.

Eventually, I will own a housing complex in which 10% of my units will be conscripted to help single parents raising their own children. These individuals will have a plan to work towards them owning their own homes. Until that day, I look forward to many more years honing my skills as Mountain Management’s Owner and Operator.

Tony Morin

Vice President

Owning my own rental properties is a passion I am pursuing in conjunction with helping build Mountain Management LLC. One of the steps I have taken to achieve this goal was enlisting in the United States Army.

I was in the Army from April 2018 until September 2021. During that time, I had a 10-month tour in Iraq. Upon honorably discharging from the military, I returned home to Reno, NV where I was born and raised. I began working almost immediately for Mountain Management LLC. Helping attract new clients and assisting in day-to-day operations.

I am also the son of the Owner/ Broker Alicia Trusty. I’m personally excited to be a part of this company with my mom while it is so young. I look forward to witnessing my family company’s growth in the coming years.

My real estate license is pending and will be activated in January 2024. This allows us to launch our sales division in February 2024. I am attending school at TMCC for my business degree as well.

While I’m waiting for my real estate license, I’m helping assist Mountain Managements growth by helping us go paperless and updating our website. I’m also going to be getting Mountain Management established with a social media presence.

The overall plan is to acquire my broker’s license within the next 3-4 years and expand Mountain Managements reach by opening up another office down in Las Vegas. Eventually, I want to help provide housing to homeless veterans. Until then we will continue to strive to provide excellent landlord services to our tenants in our locally managed properties as well as provide excellent management services to our owners around the world!
